We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cyber Security Leader to lead the organization’s cybersecurity and information security function. The ideal candidate will bring 18–27 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, governance, security architecture, and enterprise security operations.

This role will be responsible for establishing and strengthening the organization’s overall security strategy, protecting critical information assets, managing cyber risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to build a resilient and proactive security environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s cybersecurity and information security strategy in alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide security programs covering security operations, threat management, vulnerability management, identity and access management, application security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Establish and maintain robust information security policies, standards, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, endpoints, networks, and business processes.
• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), incident response, threat intelligence, and security monitoring capabilities.
• Lead cybersecurity incident response and crisis management, ensuring timely investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident improvements.
• Drive security architecture and secure-by-design principles across technology initiatives, applications, platforms, and digital transformation programs.
• Manage regulatory, compliance, audit, and risk requirements related to information security and cybersecurity.
• Develop and monitor security metrics, dashboards, and risk indicators for senior management and executive leadership.
• Build strong relationships with technology, engineering, infrastructure, legal, risk, compliance, and business teams to embed security into organizational processes.
• Lead and mentor cybersecurity and information security teams, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and continuous development.
• Manage cybersecurity vendors, managed security service providers, consultants, and strategic technology partners.
• Drive security awareness and training programs to strengthen the organization’s overall security culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• 18–27 years of overall experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT security, or related domains.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level cybersecurity or information security functions.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies across complex technology environments.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary security teams and working with senior executives.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or industry-recognized security certifications will be an advantage.
