As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a CVM Junior Analyst for our Energy Sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives across the customer lifecycle
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Assist in the implementation and evaluation of A/B tests across customer communication channels
- Monitor key customer KPIs such as retention, engagement, churn and customer lifetime value
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making
- Support segmentation activities and customer targeting for commercial and retention campaigns
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Care to support customer-centric initiatives
- Translate data findings into clear and actionable business recommendations
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, CRM/CVM or related roles. Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
- Strong interest in customer analytics, CRM and data-driven decision making
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI or other analytics tools will be considered an asset
- Previous experience in the Energy, Telecommunications or Services sector is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Good communication and presentation skills
