Job Description: Customer Support Engineer (JavaScript Knowledge is mandatory)
ERP / Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of ERP concepts such as AP and SO
• Ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts would be a plus

Customer Support

• Handle customer-reported issues from initial investigation through resolution.
• Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, findings, and expected resolution.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development & Support.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
