About the Role
CX is where Aspora earns or loses trust. Every chat, email, and call is a moment where a user is moving money that matters to them: rent, family support, savings across two countries.
This role exists to own that moment end to end. You don't hand off and move on. You resolve, and you flag what needs to change upstream so the same issue doesn't resurface.
You'll work closely with Product, Tech, Ops, and Compliance, turning recurring complaints into fixes that make Aspora better for the next user.
Location: Bengaluru, India
Shift: In-office, 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shift), 6-days work week.
What You’ll Own
Resolve user queries across Chat, Email, and Phone with speed and accuracy.
Own every case end to end, from first contact through full resolution, not just handoff.
Partner with Product, Tech, Ops, and Compliance to unblock and close out user concerns.
Spot recurring issues and shape preemptive fixes that improve the product experience.
Drive down defects across process, product, and tech alongside CX leads.
Who You Are
2+ years in Customer Success or Customer Support, ideally at a fintech or B2C company.
Experienced resolving queries across live chat, email, and phone in the same role.
High ownership. You treat a case as yours until it's actually solved.
Clear, warm communicator who builds confidence in every interaction, not just closes tickets.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You flag upstream problems instead of just working around them.
Ready for 24x7 rotational shifts across a 6-day week. Our users need us around the clock.
