Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships? Join Hitachi Energy as a Customer Success Coordinator in Jefferson City, Missouri, and become a key connection between our customers and our operations team. In this role, you'll manage the customer journey from order acceptance through shipment, warranty support, and after-market services, helping ensure a seamless experience every step of the way.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations for quality, accuracy, and timeliness. As the voice of the customer, you'll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting business growth, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Process customer orders and support the clean order initiative.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure accurate and timely drawing package delivery.
• Manage change orders and maintain effective communication across multiple departments.
• Build strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Support revenue goals by reducing shipment holds and proactively managing orders.
• Handle return authorizations, customer concessions, milestone billing, and invoice follow-up activities.
• Communicate shipment schedules and resolve potential delays before they impact customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and process enhancements.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and business processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
