Job Description

Verantwortlichkeiten

Kundenkommunikation

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat und Kundenportale
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Vertriebspartner und interne BD-Abteilungen

Bestell- und Liefermanagement

• Prüfung, Erfassung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen
• Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Produktverfügbarkeit und SLA-Einhaltung
• Management von Lieferrückständen sowie proaktive Kundeninformation
• Bearbeitung und Eskalation dringender bzw. kritischer Bestellungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, Logistikpartnern und Planungsteams

Administrative und operative Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Retouren und Gutschriften
• Nachverfolgung und Eskalation kritischer Sendungen und Transportprobleme
• Zusammenarbeit mit Finance bei Zahlungs- und Klärungsfällen

Reporting & Kontinuierliche Verbesserung

• Erstellung von Reports, Analysen und Präsentationen
• Mitarbeit an Kundenserviceprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen
• Unterstützung bei Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Reklamationsprozessen

Bevorzugte Anforderungen

Ausbildung & Erfahrung

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice
• Kenntnisse des Gesundheitswesens von Vorteil

Fachliche Kompetenzen

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
• Erfahrung im telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt
• Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung mit ERP-/Datenbanksystemen; Salesforce von Vorteil
