We’re expanding our Online Sales team and are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset to support our web shops and marketplace customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with our installer partners through proactive outbound contact by telephone. 
• Provide sales-focused customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat for the Dutch and Belgian markets. 
• Handle incoming sales leads, create tailored quotes, actively follow up, and convert them into orders. 
• Support customers after sales: deliveries, claims, returns, installation help, payment issues. 
• Process orders and returns in our systems (including web shops and marketplaces like Bol.com). 
• Identify commercial opportunities during customer contact and promote relevant products or solutions. 
• Contribute to process improvements and a better customer experience. 
• Participate in projects related to the role. 

What you bring

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written). 
• Good level of English; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus, but not a requirement. 
• Experience in sales, telesales, account management, or customer service is an advantage. 
• Confident in using MS Office. 
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset. 
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. 
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hybrid, international environment, sometimes supporting other teams or markets.
