Customer Service Representative – Polyurethanes (PU)

Role Overview:  

At Huntsman, we are looking for a positive and energetic Customer Service Representative to support our B2B customers across the Polyurethanes business. In this role, you will take ownership of right-first-time Order-to-Cash performance and ensure agreed service levels are met.

You will join our international EAME Customer Service team, managing customer interactions, order management, logistics coordination and post-delivery care. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee the full order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery, invoicing and follow-up.

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Customer Service Representative – PU, your key responsibilities will include:

• Be the main contact for EAME customers and provide timely order and delivery updates.

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and Credit Control.

• Manage the order-to-delivery process in SAP and related systems, ensuring accurate data, terms and documentation.

• Coordinate with supply chain partners, logistics providers and warehouses to secure timely, cost-effective deliveries.

• Resolve order, transport, documentation and customer issues to support on-time, in-full performance.

• Manage Vendor Managed Inventory VMI/Consignment processes, accruals, rebates and commission settlements where applicable.

• Promote Huntsman’s customer web portal and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Log and follow up on complaints or claims through to closure.

Experience and Competencies: 

You will bring a strong service mindset, clear communication skills and experience working accurately in an international B2B environment.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in B2B customer service or a similar customer-facing role (1-5 years).

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused mindset, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Proactive team player able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Flexible, resilient approach and ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Knowledge of SAP Atlas or SAP B1 would be considered an advantage.

• Fluent Polish and English.
