Customer Service Administrator | Ljubljana, Slovenia

KONE is a respected multinational company and a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry. To support our growing operations in Slovenia, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Ljubljana.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Sales, Service, and Delivery Operations teams, ensuring smooth administrative processes and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support to Sales, Maintenance, and Installation teams
• Prepare and manage customer contracts, documentation, and service-related records
• Coordinate customer communications, contract updates, and key account follow-ups
• Support scheduling activities, service orders, inspections, and subcontractor coordination
• Prepare quotations, process repair-related opportunities, and support billing activities
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and customer portals
• Assist with reporting and public tender administration

What We're Looking For

• Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role is desired
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English
