Lead Customer Care operations across an assigned regional cluster, ensuring operational excellence, performance alignment, and effective collaboration across Customer Care teams. The role supports the development of an integrated Customer Care organization across multiple product lines and markets while driving consistent customer experience and business performance within the cluster.

Countries: UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark.

In this position, you will get to:
 

• Lead Customer Care operations in the assigned regional cluster

• Maintain strong collaboration with other Customer Care Cluster Teams

• Drive alignment of processes and performance standards

• Support organizational transition toward integrated Customer Care Operations

• Ensure effective workload balancing and resource utilization across teams within the cluster

• Support implementation of regional and global initiatives

Key Success Measures:

• Successful alignment of Customer Care teams within the cluster

• Execute business integration through collaboration, cross-brand shared expertise, and operational alignment

• Balancing workload distribution across teams

• Consistent performance across assigned countries

• High employee engagement and continuous development of commercial and technical skills and competencies across teams

You Have:

• 3+ years of Customer Care leadership

• Flexibility to travel as required

• Experience leading multi-country and multi-site Customer Care teams

• Strong people leadership skills

• Proven ability to drive collaboration across teams

• Strong operational leadership and execution capability

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
