In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role focuses on maintaining code quality, optimizing scalability, and enhancing performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver robust software products is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
-Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
-Should have hands-on knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), including its integration with PP and QM modules.
-Must have hands-on experience in configuration related to SAP EWM
-Should possess strong, hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:-
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within broader business systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
