Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of development practices are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that impact project outcomes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
