As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position emphasizes establishing development standards and maintaining high-quality code that supports scalability and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that solutions meet organizational needs effectively and efficiently.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project deliveries.
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting within custom software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
