As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead also plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and performance of the software while adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and software lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
