In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that the software solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
