The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and integration techniques.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on best practices.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance methods.

Additional Information:
