Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and define detailed requirements. You will engage in designing tailored applications that align with specific business processes and organizational needs. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support operational goals. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the software, contributing to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality, customized software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex challenges that impact project delivery and team efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within ServiceNow environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
