Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and processes to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands continuous collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business needs and deliver optimal performance throughout development stages.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow environment.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
