Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software components to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the application to ensure functionality and quality. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing software, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall system performance. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client expectations and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with backend services.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the application framework.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
