Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the entire application lifecycle, coordinating efforts across various teams, and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands proactive problem-solving, ensuring that solutions align with project goals while maintaining seamless collaboration with stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within and across teams to enhance productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and developing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based middleware and integration platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
