Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and how to translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with declarative tools and programmatic development within the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
