Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application architecture.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.
- Ensure architectural compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and secure software solutions within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting in SAP HANA systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
