As a Culture Manager, you are responsible for the ongoing supervision, development and oversight of employees on the Culture team. This role will maintain open communication with management and department leads to ensure coordination of culture and event needs. Attend and provide oversight of planned events. Manage projects with Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and Information Technology to assure branding initiative projects are completed and adhere to corporate brand standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee the Frontline Brand Keepers program. Train and orientate office support staff and Frontline Brand Keepers at office locations to ensure integration of the Michels brand, cross selling the company culture and Corporate Services Team (CST). Critical for success are the abilities to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service. What it takes:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, and 7+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
