Job Description

Serves as the Product Owner for Salesforce CRM capabilities, with primary responsibility for Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) and support for additional business lines across the CRM platform. Partners with business line leaders and Technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements across Salesforce and related platform integrations. Responsible for translating business needs into requirements and user stories, driving execution through the development lifecycle, and developing and managing a product roadmap. Acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, ensuring technology solutions improve business outcomes and user experience.

• Coordinate the prioritization and delivery of CRM enhancements supporting EAR as the primary business partner while contributing across the broader CRM platform. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintain a prioritized product backlog, and guide delivery of solutions that improve business outcomes and user experience. Participate in Agile delivery activities and make prioritization decisions regarding scope, risks, dependencies, and implementation impacts.
• Lead roadmap planning, solution design, and delivery activities for CRM capabilities supporting EAR and other business partners. Evaluate enhancement requests, business opportunities, and platform capabilities, provide subject matter expertise on business requirements and solution options, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements aligned with business and platform priorities.
• Gather and analyze feedback from business users, support cases, and production issues to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and process improvements. Monitor adoptionand user satisfaction to assess solution performance and inform prioritization decisions. Support user acceptance testing, validate requirements, and recommend improvements that enhance business outcomes and user experience. Coordinate resolution of production issues, including impact assessment, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and validation of fixes.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and end users to support the successful delivery and adoption of Field Leader CRM capabilities. Coordinate communication, release readiness, and change management activities to ensure solutions are understood, adopted, and delivered with minimal business disruption.
  
  Required Qualifications
  
• 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related technology role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, including requirements management, backlog prioritization, testing, and release delivery.
• Proven success delivering technology enhancements that improve business processes, user experience, and measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, and release activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and implementation impacts.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial advisor growth, sales, recruiting, or related business processes.
• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner within an Agile delivery model.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, data management, security, reporting, or platform governance activities.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
