OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven CRM Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of lifecycle journeys, triggered communications, and marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other retention channels for Alo's international markets. Reporting to the Director of International CRM, you will translate the global CRM strategy into locally relevant, high-performing programs across priority markets, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Korea, China, and Japan. You'll drive repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and brand loyalty through culturally relevant engagement. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with a strategic, brand-first mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end execution of international lifecycle journeys, triggered communications, and marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and mobile push - from onboarding and replenishment through win-back and loyalty - ensuring local relevance by market.
- Leverage regional data, behavioral insights, and local market context to build segmented, personalized messaging that reflects consumer behavior, language, cultural nuance, and purchase patterns.
- Deliver weekly and quarterly market-level performance insights and recommendations to the Director of International CRM and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Brand, and in-market stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CRM messages that align with Alo's voice, aesthetic, and values while resonating locally.
- Work with Data teams to monitor international performance and define market-level KPIs, including repeat purchase rate, LTV, churn, engagement, conversion, and CRM revenue.
- Partner with Martech to build and scale automations, maintain data integrity, support market-specific consent and preference requirements, and unlock personalization across regions.
- Lead A/B testing across creative, segmentation, cadence, channel mix, and localization to optimize lifecycle performance by market.
- Align with the other CRM Marketing Managers and Director of International CRM to connect international lifecycle automation with regional loyalty, paid media, retail, and brand initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in Lifecycle, Retention, or CRM Marketing, preferably within a fast-growing global retail, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brand
- Digital strategy mindset with a proven ability to turn regional insights into innovative, locally relevant lifecycle programs.
- Hands-on expertise with email, SMS, and mobile engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, Braze, Bluecore, or similar, including localized execution.
- Strong analytical skills; confident in market-level performance reporting and turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience optimizing automated customer journeys across retention channels and segments, with an understanding of regional behavior and channel preferences.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills; able to coordinate stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand identity, customer experience, and mobile-first retail behavior. Familiarity with WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, and LINE in international retail and e-commerce is a plus.
- Awareness of international consent, channel-preference, and localization best practices; passion for wellness, community-building, and Alo's brand mission.
