About the role:
Betr is looking for a highly motivated CRM Associate to join our team and help drive customer engagement across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM & Optimization, and collaborating alongside another CRM Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating impactful customer journeys, executing lifecycle campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive strategic improvements.
You will work across our exciting product verticals, including Picks (DFS), Arcade, Social Sportsbook, Social Casino, Rips, and upcoming launches as we continue to expand!

This role is based in Miami, Florida. You must be based in this area or be willing to relocate to be considered for this position. It will require scheduling flexibility, including working nights, holidays, and weekends when necessary (especially during peak sports schedules).
What You'll Do:
Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging, including copywriting, setup, and deployment.
Build and maintain automated customer journeys across key lifecycle stages (onboarding, retention, reactivation).
Build targeted customer segments based on user behavior, activity, and transactional data for personalized messaging.
Run A/B tests on copy, creative, delivery timing, and incentives to improve conversion across CRM flows.
Track and report on both CRM metrics and core business KPIs, sharing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, CRM & Optimization to align CRM strategy with overall product and vertical goals.
About You:
1+ year of professional experience in CRM and lifecycle email marketing, including hands-on execution with push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Foundational understanding of Braze or a similar customer engagement platform (e.g., SFMC, Klaviyo, Customer.io), with a strong desire to learn and expand your technical skill set.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven copywriting ability tailored to consumer audiences.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and campaign QA skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign performance, understand key metrics, and recommend optimizations.
Dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and available to support some live campaigns on weekends, especially during NFL/NBA season.
Up to date with current social media and copywriting trends to stay on top of the best way to message our unique audiences.
Passionate and knowledgeable about sports, casino, gaming culture, or all of the above!
Bonus Points:
Direct experience using Braze.
Prior experience in iGaming, Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS), Sportsbook, or Social Casino.
Experience with or personal interest in digital collectibles, card breaks / "rips," or unboxing games.
A lifelong, passionate sports fan!
