Sobre esta vaga de Critical Care RN na Northwest Ambulance
Looking for an alternative to bedside?
If you're ready for a change from the hospital, there's a place to use your nursing skills where the focus is one patient at a time.
As a Critical Care Transport RN with Northwest Ambulance, you'll practice at the top of your license and manage complex critical care patients. Same acuity. Same critical thinking. Completely different environment.
If you're an ICU or ER nurse who's tired of the hospital but still wants real clinical work and real patient acuity, we'd love to talk with you.
Why nurses make the move to transport
- One patient at a time. No four-patient assignment, no competing call lights. Your full attention goes where it belongs.
- Predictable schedules. You'll know when you're working.
- No mandatory hospital floating. You were hired for critical care; you'll practice critical care.
- Real autonomy. Mobile ICU-level care with the critical thinking to back it up.
- Variety. Different patients, different sending and receiving facilities, different clinical pictures — every shift.
- Paid training and continuing education. We invest in keeping your skills and certifications current.
- Dedicated clinical support for nurses. A Clinical Manager and a Nurse Educator are here specifically to support our nursing staff — onboarding, skills development, protocol questions, and case review. You won't be figuring it out alone.
