Job Description:
This job is responsible for applying judgmental and prescriptive lending principles in decisioning credit applications for credit cards. Key responsibilities include evaluating a wide range of applications and credit complexities with high levels of approval authority. Job expectations include optimizing relationship opportunities and maintaining a high level of customer service with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a high level of customer service while receiving inbound and making outbound calls with the client
• Manages and prioritizes tasks to decision credit requests within required Service Level Agreement (SLA) period
• Applies knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Services existing clients and maintains accounts
• Follows judgmental and prescriptive lender guidance for final decision and ensures adherence to policy guidelines
