Position Summary

The Credit Administration Manager provides general oversight of assigned aspects of the bank’s loan-related functions through approved training, monitoring, reporting, and other activities. This position assists and consults with other leaders and supervisors as necessary to ensure that adequate and appropriate bank policies and procedures are established and maintained, and provides support for effective and efficient field operations of the bank’s lending activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Commercial Real Estate appraisal ordering and independent review process.
• Maintain the Loan Policy, Lending Guidance, and Standards Manual, preparing quarterly updates as needed.
• Work with Loan Operations and the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure adoption of, and compliance with policies and procedures across all delivery points and recommend improvements to align with the bank's credit culture.
• Oversee assigned loan administration functions as directed by the CCCO, in cooperation with the SVP-Risk Management and Credit Administration team, reporting results to leadership.
• Work with Loan Operations to ensure adoption of, communication of, and compliance with policies and procedures across all delivery points; recommend improvements to align with the bank's credit culture.
• Manage the Mortgage Pricing Worksheet and Consumer/Commercial Rate Sheets, communicating updates to the lending team and coordinating with the CCCO and CCO on pricing changes to ensure Fair Lending compliance.
• Monitor portfolio segments, pricing spreads, policy exceptions, layered risk, and delinquencies, reporting to management and the lending team, and recommend related training as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit, credit administration, or loan review.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer lending, credit risk analysis, and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to report to senior leadership.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Litigation, Training) and manage multiple initiatives.
