About the Role

Polymarket needs to win the football conversation every day and convert that attention into traders, volume, and revenue. This is a high-impact individual-contributor role reporting to the Senior GM, Football — designed for someone who lives and breathes football and understands how news, creators, and social platforms drive attention.

While our Brand, Social, and Communications teams support the broader company, you'll be the dedicated football content and creator operator responsible for making Polymarket omnipresent across NFL and college football. You'll monitor the news cycle in real time, identify the moments Polymarket needs to own, turn our markets and probabilities into timely content, and build a network of creators who expand our reach and acquire customers.

What You'll Do

• Monitor the football news cycle and identify opportunities for Polymarket to lead the conversation

• Turn our markets and probabilities into timely content around breaking news, live games, and cultural moments

• Build and personally recruit a high-performing network of football creators

• Negotiate creator partnerships, develop campaigns, and manage execution

• Track performance from impressions and engagement through first trade, volume, and revenue

• Manage creator economics and continuously improve customer acquisition efficiency and program ROI

• Work closely with Brand, Social, Communications, and Growth to maximize major football moments

• Stay deeply plugged into football culture, creators, and emerging social platforms

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of both NFL and college football, with exceptional depth in at least one

• 5+ years in social, content, media, partnerships, growth, marketing, or a similar role

• Experience building creator partnerships and a strong network of relevant creators

• Excellent real-time judgment and strong creative instincts

• Commercially minded, with a focus on turning attention into measurable business outcomes

• Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently

• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional skills

• (Plus) Experience in sports betting, fantasy, prediction markets, crypto, or financial markets

Pay Transparency

Base salary range: $200,000 to $240,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
