Job Description:

The Creative Enablement Specialist (Project Manager) is a member of the Jack in the Box team at Carat, responsible for translating client files and requirements into comprehensive trafficking sheets, creative rotation schedules, and detailed instruction documents for local television and digital placements. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong project management and client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight turnaround times. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to extract specifications, interpret complex requests, and convert them into actionable instructions that the internal traffic team can execute flawlessly. The role also serves as an important link between the client, account and media teams, and internal traffic and operations teams, ensuring that requirements are accurately interpreted, clearly communicated, and executed on time.

Because errors in this role directly impact client relationships and may require make-goods, accuracy and thoroughness are paramount. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of assigned work, communicates clearly, escalates issues appropriately, and helps ensure projects move forward efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

· Review and analyze client files to identify creative assets, placement specifications, and campaign requirements

· Take ownership of assigned projects and workstreams from intake through completion, ensuring requirements, deliverables, and deadlines are clearly understood and tracked

· Create and manage detailed trafficking sheets documenting placement schedules, media specifications, and broadcast requirements for both local TV and digital placements

· Develop creative rotation documentation that outlines asset sequencing and delivery schedules

· Produce comprehensive instruction documents for internal teams that clearly communicate client requirements, placement guidelines, and execution specifications

· Communicate directly with clients to clarify specifications, resolve discrepancies, and confirm details (English-language fluency required)

· Extrapolate and interpret client information, translating sometimes ambiguous or incomplete requests into clear, detailed technical specifications

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to aggressive deadlines and turnaround requirements

· Maintain accurate project timelines, task lists, status trackers, and project documentation

· Track deliverables, approvals, open questions, dependencies, and outstanding action items through completion

· Identify potential issues or errors in client specifications and proactively communicate solutions to prevent downstream production problems

· Maintain organized project workflows and documentation systems to ensure all materials are easily accessible and trackable

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all instructions are clear, complete, and actionable

· Coordinate with account, media, traffic, and other internal teams to ensure project requirements and instructions are clearly communicated and understood

· Provide timely project updates and communicate changes, risks, blockers, or potential delays to appropriate stakeholders

· Review completed work against original client specifications to catch errors before delivery

· Own quality control and adherence to established trafficking and project management procedures

· Create and maintain process documentation, guidelines, templates, and best practices for assigned workflows

· Help establish and maintain consistent processes that improve project organization, accuracy, and efficiency

· Escalate risks, blockers, timeline changes, or client concerns in a timely manner and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues

· Work collaboratively with account, media, traffic, and other agency teams to support successful campaign execution

· Share knowledge, processes, and best practices with team members

· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve project organization, communication, and workflow

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) - client-facing role

· Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to catch errors and inconsistencies

· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with frequently changing priorities

· Strong ability to interpret and extrapolate information from incomplete or ambiguous client specifications

· Experience creating and managing project documentation, trafficking sheets, or similar instructional materials

· Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and project management tools

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with clients

· Ability to remain organized and manage multiple simultaneous projects

· Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

· Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, ask thoughtful clarifying questions, and proactively develop solutions

· Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional during periods of high work volume or changing priorities

· Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across multiple teams

· Understanding of local television broadcast requirements and/or digital media specifications preferred

Qualifications

· 2-4 years of experience in media operations, broadcast production, project management, or related field

· Experience in advertising agency, media company, or broadcast environment preferred

· Knowledge of local TV trafficking and broadcast specifications

· Familiarity with digital media requirements and asset specifications

· Experience working directly with clients or external partners preferred

· Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or deadlines simultaneously

· Available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) preferred; Eastern Standard Time (EST) acceptable

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

· Portfolio or work samples demonstrating trafficking sheets, instructional documents, project documentation, or similar materials preferred

· Proven problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and ask clarifying questions when needed
