Job Summary
Performs basic routine tasks in data control in the field of Clerical Services. Little to no problem-solving is required, but needs to adhere closely to a defined process and guidelines, and act consciensciously.

Job Responsibilities
Administration - Conduct data entry into company systems, and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

Work Scheduling and Allocation - Work according to an assigned schedule.

Document Management - File records or documents as instructed.

Document Preparation - Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them.

Data Collection and Analysis - Perform basic data entry tasks.

Data Management - File and retrieve documents from company filing systems.

High Speed Internet capability and ability to connect computer tower directly to router.   

This position supports a U.S. government contract that requires U.S. citizenship

Conditions of Employment:

• You must be a U.S. citizen to apply
• You must successfully pass a background investigation and complete the Public Trust security clearance process

Training :

Training will be scheduled approximately 6 to 8 weeks after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.
