Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to support assigned clients across corporate membership renewals, deliverable tracking, exhibit and sponsorship logistics, and client event execution — under the direction of the Associate Director, Corporate Relations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to self-manage across multiple concurrent priorities, and the communication skills to serve as a dependable point of contact for corporate members, exhibitors, and client teams. This is a fully remote role with up to 25% travel for event management and corporate meetings. You are expected to use AI tools to work more efficiently across correspondence, tracking, and documentation throughout the role.

What You'll Do

• Work with the Associate Director of Corporate Relations to develop and execute client-specific fundraising strategies designed to meet revenue goals

• Use AI tools to draft correspondence, prepare application materials, summarize client deliverable status, and streamline documentation workflows — improving the speed and consistency of client-facing communications

• Prepare and distribute application forms, letters of request, and supporting correspondence for corporate members and exhibitors

• Assist with corporate member renewals and maintain accurate deliverable tracking across assigned accounts

• Submit corporate member grant requests through sponsor portals accurately and on time

• Migrate annual letters of request, applications, and account information to client state websites for corporate members and exhibitors

• Serve as a primary point of contact for exhibitors, corporate members, and interested companies for assigned states — handling customer service inquiries, contract review support, and timely follow-through on all requests

• Assist with developing and distributing logistical information for assigned client meetings, and provide on-site support at client events

• Collaborate with client teams to protect benefit deliverables and identify creative engagement opportunities that strengthen corporate relationships

• Maintain and update all relevant forms and applications annually, ensuring accuracy and currency across all materials

What Sets You Apart

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in association management, customer service, or project management, with a track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

• An AI-native mindset. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or productivity platforms to draft correspondence, summarize account activity, organize deliverable tracking, and work through high-volume administrative tasks more efficiently — and you can speak to the impact

• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions — you are professional, responsive, and clear in every client touchpoint

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently without losing accuracy or momentum

• Customer service-oriented and proactive — you follow through on commitments and resolve issues before they escalate

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team and across external client stakeholders

• Comfortable with travel up to 25% of the time for events and corporate meetings

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or Asana preferred

• Bachelor's degree required

AI Capability Expectation

Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their client relations, association management, or administrative work. This includes:

• Specific tools in active use and how they support correspondence drafting, deliverable tracking, application preparation, or client communications

• Examples of how AI has helped you manage a higher volume of client requests, improve the consistency of communications, or reduce the time spent on recurring documentation tasks

• How you use AI responsibly when handling client account information, grant submissions, and contract-related correspondence

• Bonus: examples of AI-assisted workflows that improved client service quality, turnaround time, or accuracy across a corporate relations or account management function

Compensation Range

$55,000 to $68,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
