Job Description:

• Create highly sharable content for internal platforms including articles, posts, video and photos, and manage an editorial calendar
• Review and edit internal communications from other departments
• Develop corporate content including presentation decks and speeches
• Work closely with business units on producing regular employee and Agency updates
• Support organisation of key corporate initiatives including employee and Agency townhalls, visits from regional/global/government stakeholders, and any other major events

Competencies & Personal Traits

• Excellent writer
• Experience in organising large-scale events
• Good visual storyteller with experience in creating video content/ designing presentations
• Hands-on experience with publishing tools
• Must enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and be confident working with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of insurance industry would be an advantage

Working Experience

• Min 3 to 5 years of corporate communications experience

Education

• Preferably a Degree in communications, journalism or related field

Language

• Strong command of the English language
