Lone Wolf is looking for a strategic and hands-on communications leader to help shape how we tell our story, both internally and externally.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Corporate Communications Lead will lead our external communications strategy, public relations efforts, executive communications, and corporate messaging. This person will also partner closely with the People team and executive leadership to strengthen internal communications, support organizational change initiatives, and ensure employees have a clear understanding of company priorities, progress, and culture.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a long-term communications strategy, drafting executive messaging, managing media relationships, and helping leaders navigate periods of change and transformation.

Responsibilities:
• Lead media relations, press outreach, and proactive storytelling efforts.
• Partner with executives to elevate the company's visibility across the industry.
• Manage external announcements, company news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational updates.
• Build relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans that reinforce Lone Wolf's brand and business priorities.
• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence.
Internal Communications
• Partner with the People team to develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
• Create communication plans that support organizational initiatives, culture programs, performance management processes, and change management efforts.
• Help establish communication standards and best practices across the organization.
• Support employee engagement through thoughtful, transparent, and timely communications.
• Ensure messaging remains aligned across leadership, departments, and geographic regions.
Change Management & Transformation
• Support communications related to organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Develop communication frameworks that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it impacts them.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate communication risks and proactively address concerns.
Social Media
• Own Lone Wolf's social media strategy and day-to-day presence across key platforms.
• Partner with Marketing to create content that reflects our brand voice and connects with our community.
• Monitor trends and conversations to identify timely opportunities for engagement.
• Track performance and use insights to continuously refine our social media approach.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields.
• Experience supporting communications within a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders and advising on communication strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading both external communications and internal communications initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives is highly preferred.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

• Establish a more consistent and proactive corporate communications strategy.
• Strengthen Lone Wolf's external presence through PR, thought leadership, and executive visibility.
• Build scalable internal communications processes and standards.
• Partner with leaders to improve organizational transparency and communication effectiveness.
• Help employees better understand company priorities, strategy, and progress through clear, consistent messaging.
• Experience supporting communications within a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
