Job Description Summary

Entry-level role focused on supporting cost and/or schedule management activities under the direction of senior project controls staff. This position provides foundational exposure to project controls tools, processes, and reporting while supporting day-to-day project execution.

 

 

Job Description

Essential Job Duties:

• Support preparation of cost reports and schedule updates

• Assist with data collection, validation, and formatting

• Maintain project trackers, logs, and documentation

• Support invoice tracking, accrual inputs, and basic forecasting tasks

• Coordinate information between project team members

• Learn project controls processes, tools, and standards

Education/Experience/Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

• 0-3 years of experience in project controls or a related field.

• Basic understanding of cost/schedule management and project controls principles.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $38.25 - $45.00
