The Role
Join Crown Sydney's In-Room Dining team and play a key role in delivering exceptional overnight dining experiences to our guests. Working in a fast-paced 24-hour kitchen, you'll prepare and present high-quality dishes, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a seamless guest experience while working alongside a talented culinary team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working overnight shifts, thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.

About You

• Must be available for overnight shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
