Requirements

Content Strategy & Creation

Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, website pages, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, and product pages.

Develop thought leadership content around AI, Hiring, HR Technology, Recruitment, and Enterprise SaaS.

Write compelling product messaging, feature announcements, and customer success stories.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to simplify technical concepts into engaging business content.

Marketing & Demand Generation

Create content that supports lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition.

Develop email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and drip campaigns.

Write compelling LinkedIn posts, social media content, webinar promotions, and event marketing materials.

Create sales enablement content such as brochures, presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch decks.

SEO & Website Content

Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.

Improve website content to increase organic traffic and conversions.

Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

Brand Building

Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

Build thought leadership for founders and leadership team.

Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies to create relevant and differentiated content.

Performance & Analytics

Measure content performance using key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation.

Optimize content based on analytics and customer feedback.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? 

Mandatory

1–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Content Marketing or Content Writing is mandatory.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong storytelling and business writing abilities.

Experience writing for enterprise audiences and decision-makers.

Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer-focused content.

Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience with:

HR Tech or SaaS products

SEO best practices

AI writing and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

WordPress or CMS platforms

Google Analytics

LinkedIn content marketing

Email marketing platforms
