As a Wolt Market Content Associate you own the content and in-app presentation of our Wolt Market grocery catalogue in Slovakia. You make sure customers can find what they want, trust what they see, and enjoy shopping with us. Your work directly drives search and in-venue conversion, basket size and customer experience, as we build the best online grocery business in Slovakia.
You will get a lot of help and support along the way, but you are also expected to be an independent specialist who takes full ownership and executes every day. Because retail is in the detail, we expect you to care about how every product, banner and promotion looks and works for the customer.
What you will do
- Create new product listings and manage the product catalogue, including descriptions, images, search terms, categorisation and placement, so customers can easily find every product.
- Keep content accurate and up to date. Find gaps in data, images and the customer journey, and fix them proactively.
- Set up and improve local listing processes and full venue setups, and test local nuances and special requirements.
- Build and maintain assortment structure and in-app display, and make sure our visibility in the app is strong and our banners look clear and appealing.
- Own the weekly promotions together with the Category team, including special promotions for events and holidays, as well as discount rules, offers and campaigns.
- Run test-and-learn initiatives to uncover what a great grocery experience means for our customers and how they interact with our offering, and drive growth from the results.
- Work with vendors, distributors and brand data providers to confirm product details, and process feedback from customers, stores and producers.
- Collaborate with the Category, Content, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing teams, including on scheduled supplier-paid content.
- Use AI tools in your daily work to automate repetitive tasks, process large amounts of product data and speed up research and content creation.
What we are looking for
- Passion for retail and grocery, and a strong drive to deliver a great customer experience, develop new ideas and always put customers’ needs first.
- Experience handling large amounts of product data efficiently, with strong data skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of structured content and data flows, and how they affect the customer experience, from data ingestion to what the customer sees in the app.
- A strong customer-centric, working-backwards-from-customer-needs mindset.
- Holistic thinking combined with a hands-on, problem-solving mentality.
- Self-starter with intrinsic motivation to deliver results and take full ownership.
- Comfortable using AI tools for task automation and research, and keen to keep learning new ones.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and a true team-player attitude.
- Good skills in Google Workspace or MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
- Fluency in both Slovak and English.
Experience and background
Preferably you have hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail, catalogue or product data management, category management or a related field. Recent graduates with a strong interest in grocery and relevant hands-on experience are also welcome to apply. Above all, we are looking for energy, curiosity, motivation to learn and a burning desire to create results.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
