About the role 
 
We are seeking an experienced SAP Director to lead large-scale SAP-enabled business transformation programs across Supply Chain, Retail, and Enterprise Operations. The successful candidate will drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, provide executive-level solution architecture leadership, manage strategic client relationships, and support business growth through go-to-market and alliance activities. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from strategy through implementation and business adoption. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders on business transformation and technology strategy. 

• Drive solution architecture and oversee the design of scalable SAP-enabled business solutions. 

• Provide program governance, risk management, and executive-level stakeholder management across complex engagements. 

• Lead multi-country and regional SAP implementation programs, ensuring successful delivery and value realization. 

• Develop and grow strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and transformation services. 

• Support business development activities, including pursuit leadership, proposal development, and solution positioning. 

• Collaborate with SAP and alliance partners to strengthen go-to-market offerings and drive pipeline growth. 

• Build, coach, and lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams. 

About You  

• 15+ years of SAP consulting and transformation experience. 

• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs. 

• Strong background in SAP enterprise transformation. 

• Experience managing large-scale, complex SAP implementations across multiple countries. 

• Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder and client relationship management. 

• Track record of leading consulting teams and delivering transformation outcomes. 

• Experience contributing to business development, sales pursuits, and account growth.
