We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex financial and investigative engagements, supporting clients through high-impact claims matters across a wide range of industries and loss events. In this role, the successful candidate will apply strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills to help quantify damages, assess financial impacts, and deliver clear, well-supported findings to clients and internal stakeholders. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to client relationship development, business growth, and market-facing activities.

 

We will count on you to:

• Participate in the preparation and execution of detailed financial analyses, financial modeling, and investigative procedures related to damage quantification across matters such as business interruption, large property damage, fidelity and fraud investigations, product recall, cyber claims, and liability claims.
• Prepare and review working paper files with detailed documentation of evidence obtained, methodologies applied, and procedures performed, ensuring a high standard of quality and alignment with industry practices.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate findings, methodologies, and strategic recommendations related to forensic accounting and claims services.
• Attend meetings with existing and prospective clients, help build and strengthen client relationships, and participate in sales, marketing, and internal and external presentations.

What you need to have:

• Experience in financial analysis, forensic accounting, claims consulting, litigation support, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial and operational information.
• Experience preparing clear, well-organized, and defensible working papers and supporting documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to varied audiences.
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,800 to $146,700.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
