The role and the team

As a Consultant Report Creation (all genders), you'll take ownership of report implementation within Disclosure Management, with a sharp focus on layout and design quality in Word and Excel, including supporting the ongoing migration of a large volume of existing reports. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, managing multiple concurrent projects while advising customers on layout and structure questions. Please note: this is a 12-month fixed-term position.

What you'll do

• Implement and migrate financial and ESG reports (annual, quarterly, integrated) into Lucanet Disclosure Management.
• Reproduce existing report structures accurately, including headings, tables, typography and corporate identity standards.
• Configure layouts, page settings and styles via the Layout Robot to ensure automation consistency.
• Manage multiple reports in parallel, balancing speed and accuracy within agreed timelines.
• Perform quality control on report formatting, checking fonts, line breaks and alignment before delivery.
• Coordinate layout clarifications with customers via email and occasional Teams calls.
• Use AI-driven tools to accelerate report-building steps, validate outputs critically and refine prompts.
• Document best practices and share process learnings to improve the team's workflows.

What you bring

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, or a background in communication design, media design or similar, with a strong interest in financial reporting.
• Very good practical knowledge of Word and Excel for structured document editing, such as theses, formatted reports or similar work.
• A structured, solution-oriented and independent working style, managing multiple parallel projects and tight deadlines confidently.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, used both internally and occasionally with customers.
• A high sense of responsibility and diligence, with strong self-organization and prioritization skills for long-running deliverables.

It's a plus if you also have:

• Openness to AI adoption, willing to test, validate and improve AI-supported workflows in reporting.
• Experience with additional layout or design software beyond Word and Excel.
