The Conference Technology Specialist manages conference services and audiovisual technology across Studio Park and other sites, delivering reliable, high-quality meeting experiences through technical support, coordination, operation, and maintenance of AV and videoconferencing systems.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA facility daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily conference room schedules, booking software, and upcoming events to ensure space availability, equipment readiness, and timely department communication.
• Maintain a consistent, brand-right appearance across conference and meeting rooms, including signage, furniture, posters, and tent cards.
• Set up, operate, test, and maintain audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment; ensure presentations are loaded and functioning before each meeting.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, user training, and in-person support for meetings and large company-wide events.
• Coordinate pre-event meetings with clients, Facilities, and internal and external event-planning teams to align on space, staffing, equipment, and service needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, coordinate vendor services, perform light equipment maintenance and room housekeeping, and submit repair or renovation requests as needed.
  

What You'll Bring

• Excellent knowledge of audio, video, videoconferencing, and webcast systems and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively with vendors to determine technical specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience working with audio, video, and teleconferencing systems and equipment.
• Experience with presentation applications, such as PowerPoint and Keynote, preferred.
