Role Overview:

We're seeking a Compensation Partner to support and execute compensation programs across the EMEA region. As an experienced compensation professional, you'll deliver market analysis, benchmarking, and pay recommendations, and partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, People Services, Finance, and business leaders to keep our programs competitive, equitable, and compliant, including with evolving EU pay transparency requirements. Working with general guidance, you'll manage defined workstreams independently and apply sound judgment to moderately complex compensation questions.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis

• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and salary-structure analysis across EMEA markets, using external surveys to assess competitiveness.
• Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, internal moves, and other pay actions.
• Support internal and pay equity analyses, identifying trends and areas of concern for review.

Annual Programs & Regional Support

• Support execution of annual merit, bonus, and equity/LTI cycles, partnering with Workday Team and People Services to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a compensation point of contact for EMEA markets, accounting for local practices, statutory requirements, and regional nuances.
• Respond to manager and employee compensation inquiries, escalating complex cases as needed.

Data, Systems & Governance

• Maintain accurate compensation data in Workday; build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Support process improvements through standardization and automation.
• Support compliance with EU Pay Transparency requirements, including pay-range transparency in hiring, gender pay gap reporting, and the use of objective, gender-neutral pay criteria, in partnership with Legal and local HR.
• Follow global compensation policies, governance standards, and local requirements, maintaining appropriate documentation.

Global Projects & Initiatives

• Participate in and support global compensation and Total Rewards projects and initiatives, contributing regional expertise and helping drive consistent, scalable solutions beyond EMEA.

Other

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business and Total Rewards needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics experience.
• Experience supporting compensation programs across EMEA markets.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency across Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across countries and time zones.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a global technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth organization.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Workday (or similar HRIS); survey providers such as Aon/Radford.
• Familiarity with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, gender pay gap reporting, and pay equity practices.
• Familiarity with job architecture, salary structures, and incentive programs.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and regulations across multiple EMEA countries.
