Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of community programs and activities across multiple cities, both online and offline
• Manage and grow WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and Groups, including member acquisition initiatives with field teams
• Coordinate content planning, creation, and distribution in collaboration with the creative team
• Engage with community members by responding to inquiries, sharing updates, and providing basic troubleshooting support
• Track community growth, content performance, and program effectiveness through regular monitoring and reporting
• Travel to support community activation, stakeholder coordination, and operational activities as needed

Requirements

• Available for 6 months period internship
• Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed their studies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing online communities and engaging with members
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Available to travel outside the city on a weekly basis
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Communities, social media, or community management is a plus
