We have an opportunity for a Community Clinic Coordinator to join their team of staff.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Support Circle Integrated Care clinicians by guiding patients through their clinical journey across multiple community clinic and hub locations.
• Provide a welcoming, professional and patient-focused service to all patients attending clinics.
• Coordinate the day-to-day running of community clinic sessions, ensuring clinics are prepared and operationally ready.
• Upload clinical documentation and patient information accurately into electronic patient record (EPR) systems.
• Adhere to all Circle Health Group policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit activities under the direction of Clinical Leads and operational managers.
• Build positive working relationships with patients, clinicians, administrative colleagues and external stakeholders.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Experience working in a clinical support, Healthcare Assistant (HCA), Physiotherapy Assistant, Clinical Assistant or similar healthcare role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Competence using Microsoft Office applications and electronic patient record systems.
• Understanding of clinical environments and patient care processes.
• Awareness of infection prevention and control requirements.
• Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and equality legislation.
• Commitment to patient safety, service quality and professional development.
• Candidates must hold a valid driving licence due to travelling between satellite clinicss.
