We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day communications activities across multiple brands, programs and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing projects and processes, and takes pride in producing accurate, polished work. 

The Communications Coordinator will assist with email marketing, newsletter production, social media scheduling, content organization, and various communications-related projects. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. 

Responsibilities 

• Create and manage newsletters, announcements, recurring email campaigns, and other communications. 

• Coordinate social media scheduling and publishing across multiple brands and platforms. 

• Assist with campaign execution, including surveys, testimonial collection, content organization, and creative project coordination. 

• Help maintain communications calendars and collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely, accurate communications. 

• Utilize AI-powered tools to support content drafting, organization, and workflow efficiency. 

• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading abilities. 

• Comfortable working with technology and learning new software platforms quickly. 

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to follow processes while maintaining high-quality work.

• Ability to travel periodically for training events, team meetings, and company functions. 

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Keap, or similar tools. Experience with social media scheduling tools. Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation, organization, or productivity.
