The position was established to support the company's Business Development team within Business Solutions Division by planning, coordinating and implementing marketing and corporate communication activities that contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives and long-term growth plans. The Communications Specialist is responsible for enhancing the company's brand visibility and stakeholder engagement through the development of communication strategies, corporate content, digital channels, events and marketing materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role ensures consistent corporate messaging and supports the promotion of the company's projects, capabilities and market presence across internal and external communication channels. 

Responsibilities

Marketing & Commercial Support 

• Collaborate with Commercial Director and Business Development team to translate commercial and business objectives into impactful communication strategies around our value propositions. 
• Maintain and update corporate presentations, brochures, company profile, vessel/project materials, track record and other brochure templates and ensure consistency across channels. 

Corporate Communication & Brand Management 

• Develop and execute corporate communication plans and campaigns to enhance company visibility, brand awareness and stakeholder engagement. 
• Create, edit and coordinate corporate content, including LinkedIn posts, press releases, company announcements, interviews, project updates, vessel communications, presentations and marketing materials. 
• Coordinate corporate milestone campaigns and initiatives, including anniversary campaigns and company-wide communication activities. 
• Coordinate with customers, partners and suppliers on joint communication activities, including content approvals, branding requirements, social media materials and corporate visibility initiatives related to our projects and activities. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to support brand positioning. 

Digital Channels & Website Management 

• Manage corporate communication channels, including social media, website content, internal communication platform and newsletter. 
• Develop and implement social media strategy, including content calendars, campaign planning and performance monitoring. 
• Manage the company website back office, including content updates, page creation and editing, uploading and maintenance of corporate information, project updates, news, announcements and multimedia content. 
• Act as the main point of contact with the website developers. 
• Organize and maintain corporate communication resources and digital asset libraries (e.g. SharePoint Multimedia Center). 

Events & Corporate Visibility 

• Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, conferences and corporate events, including communication with organizers, preparation of marketing materials, promotional items, booth requirements and event-related activities. 
• Support the production of corporate visual content by conducting photography and video recordings (including operational environments) for company communications, social media, website and internal communication needs and/or collaborate with external photographers when needed.

Internal Communication 

• Manage and coordinate the internal newsletter, including content planning, collection of inputs from different departments, content creation and editorial coordination. 
• Coordinate internally with various departments (Marine, PMO, RQHSE etc.) to collect information and develop relevant communication content. 

Supplier & Partner Management 

• Research and manage relationships with external suppliers, booth contractors, agencies, designers, photographers and other partners. 
• Manage supplier coordination for marketing and communication requirements, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, evaluating proposals, negotiating requirements and coordinating delivery of materials and services 

Requirements

• BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or similar;
• 3-5 years of working experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the Renewable Energy Sector;
• Postgraduate degree or qualification in related disciplines will be a plus;
• Very good knowledge of using various software and technology tools relevant to the job title, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, collaboration tools and presentation software. Excellent knowledge in MS office tools is a must;
• Proficiency in working with digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media, content management systems and analytics tools. Familiarity with SEO and SEM is a plus;
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, techniques and best practices. Familiarity with market research, lead generation, customer acquisition strategies and digital marketing is a must;
• Strong interpersonal skills, networking abilities and a customer-centric approach are important;
• Understanding of sales and B2B marketing principles and the ability to influence and persuade potential customers is valuable;
• Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and come up with creative ideas to engage future or current clients;
• Ability to think outside the box and explore innovative marketing approaches is valued;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential;
• Ability to travel up to 30% of working time;
• Good organization and managerial skills;
