The Role

As a Commercial Budget & Performance Specialist you will support business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring across product categories and sales channels. You will play a key role in providing insights that drive commercial decisions and help achieve the company's growth and profitability targets.

Responsibilities:

·       Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for commercial categories

·       Monitor sales, margins, profitability, and key commercial KPIs

·       Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

·       Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for management

·       Track budget execution and investigate variances against targets

·       Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of business objectives

·       Support pricing, promotional, and category performance analysis

·       Develop data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency

·       Participate in strategic projects related to revenue growth, profitability, and business optimization

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field

·       2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Planning, Financial Planning, Retail Analytics, or a similar analytical role

·       Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Fluency in Greek and English

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

·       Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations

·       Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI or similar analytics platforms is considered a strong advantage
