As a Commercial Account Executive - New Logos, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth by acquiring net-new customers for Gong Foundations. You will own and manage the full sales cycle, with a heavy focus on outbound prospecting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and manage a pipeline of net-new prospects through proactive outbound prospecting, from lead to close.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Build relationships with net-new logos to drive them through the sales cycle to close
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve new business quota quarterly.
- Run and implement a 7 to 10 day pilot program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 months+ of relevant new business/net-new logo closing experience for Commercial.
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience preferred.
- Strong previous outbound prospecting experience — you're comfortable building your own pipeline, not just working inbound leads.
- Demonstrated success in achieving new business sales goals (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Comfortable selling to VP and C-Suite executives, navigating multiple decision makers within an organization — experience selling to sales leaders specifically is a plus.
